Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, and Mark Ruffalo lead a new heist movie!
Crime 101 might seem formulaic, but hey, that's the fun!
We might have heists happening all around us in real life, but that doesn’t mean we don’t need them in fiction!
Amazon MGM Studios has just released a trailer for a new heist movie starring Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan, Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Nick Nolte. It follows a thief (Hemsworth) and an insurance broker (Berry) who decide to work together to pull off a heist. Ruffalo is the detective determined to stop them. This is Hemsworth’s intended-final heist, which means, obviously, things will go wrong.
If this sounds a bit basic, it’s okay!!! What’s the movie called? Crime 101.
Look, I like a movie that knows what it’s about. I don’t need anything fancy. I just want to watch a cool guy and a cool girl and a bunch of weirdos-with-specializations try to pull off a robbery, to the consternation of a rule-following law enforcement officer. Will I get what I’m hoping for?
We’ll see. Crime 101 hits theaters in February 2026.
