And... Wake Up Dead Man, AKA Knives Out 3 Has a Full Trailer!
We finally have a sense of the whole story...
HUZZAH!!! It’s the week we have all been waiting for! Rian Johnson, the director of countless crime masterpieces (including Knives Out, and Glass Onion), has released the trailer for his third Benoit Blanc film, Wake Up Dead Man.
Here’s the trailer, in all its gothic, ghoulish, Golden-Age-whodunnit glory.
So what do we know? It appears to be a locked-room mystery set in a church, and Josh Brolin, a monsignor, seems to be the victim! Josh O’Connor appears to be a cleric of another kind, while Mila Kunis appears to be a police officer.
A previous teaser trailer was released in June. Here, refresh your memory if you need:
Other performers include Glenn Close, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, and Thomas Haden Church. And we can’t forget Daniel Craig as our detective-of-ceremonies, Benoit Blanc. And Noah Segan’s probably in there somewhere, too, known Johnson.
So! The game is afoot! Stay tuned for more of our Knives Out series coverage!
