Milan Terlunen is studying for a PhD in English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University. His dissertation research is on the pre-history of the plot twist in nineteenth-century fiction. He is the host of the podcast How To Read, and in 2010 was the co-creator of a murder mystery short film Snap, which culminated in a plot twist.
