Mary Anna Evans is the author of the Faye Longchamp archaeological mysteries, the twelfth of which, Catacombs, has just been published by Poisoned Pen Press/Sourcebooks. They have received recognition including the Benjamin Franklin Award, the Mississippi Author Award, and the Florida Historical Society’s Patrick D. Smith Award. Her short work has appeared in publications including The Atlantic, Dallas Morning News, Bayou, Flyway, and Mystery Readers Journal. She holds an MFA in creative writing and she is a licensed professional engineer.
